Mixture of cardio and resistance training in an outdoor environment, tailored to suit all fitness levels and experience.
 

Stretch and Strength*

A mat based low impact class. Designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control in the entire body, with emphasis on breathing, alignment, and core strength.
