Circuit Class

Mixture of Cardio and Resistance Training in an outdoor environment. Tailored to suit all fitness levels and experience.
 

Core Fit

A low impact mat class designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control in the entire body with emphasis on breathing, alignment, and core strength.
 

Aqua on Land

We use light weights and your body weight to mimic the water actions and exercise.
